Sometimes I feel like having a drink after a hard day at work. The wifey and I found ourselves in the local Wokcano restaurant- a small chain in So Cal serving various Asian cuisines. Before even looking at the food menu, I went straight for the cocktail menu. Almost any cocktail with mint catches my attention. Wokcano’s Far Eastside includes Bombay Sapphire East Gin, St. Germain, Lime Juice, Cucumber & Mint. Always a cool and refreshing combo.
